Loan mart (Wendy Donis) was very helpful to us, she called us back to make sure we had everything we needed, when we needed the most help!

Girl at the pick-up was very nice and helpful too, gave good advice.

1-800LoanMart Customer Review #6: Quick email to say "thank you"

I am writing this quick email to say "thank you". I was very surprised today when you assured me that you would not go home until your paperwork/my loan was processed. You also committed to me that I would hear from you before the day was up. People don't often do what they say they are going to do and I am very happy and I am grateful you have processed my loan and made a tough time in my life better. People like you make a good name for the lending industry.

Thank you for being an outstanding example of what customer service is all about. Thank you for doing what you said you would do. Thank you for working late and making this process very easy for me.

1-800LoanMart Customer Review #4: I wanted to thank Loan Mart....

Here's the payoff check for this loan in the amount of $3,800.57. I wanted to thank Loan Mart and its staff for assisting me with this loan. When I initially applied for the loan, i did not think I was able to qualify for the loan and the asking amount. I ended up qualifying for a lot more which came in handy.

Your loan advisor, Reggie Carter was very helpful in answering all my questions and or concerns. He was very thorough in his explanation of each process from beginning to the payoff or end. This loan played a huge part in saving me and my family from a disaster.

1-800LoanMart Customer Review #2: Well it was easy after faxing paperwork but...

Well it was easy after faxing paperwork but when it was time to pick-up the money they told me to be here 30 minutes before and they took like 45 minutes to send me the paperwork to the checks and cash store and I didn't get the money until next day and in the afternoon. All plans where changed but after all we got the money.

Overall service was great, however I was told to report to the location where i would sign the contract. I was told a specific time. I signed the contract exactly one hour and 45 minutes later than what I was told. Perhaps in the future an approximation can be given, "your loan is approved, report to this store and your loan should arrive via email anywhere between the hours of.....or within the time frame of.....hours/minutes." Customer service is ideal, yes your company is doing consumers a service but in order to retain those customers loanmart needs to stay ahead of the competition.

Besides that, overall service was great, fast and representatives were courteous as well as friendly.
